Direction

Modernization served as a guiding principle for the logo transformation. The original inspiration came from a stained glass window installed in the church. Without an existing vector version, all elements were recreated and refined from scratch to suit new needs. Typography became minimalistic, supporting a future-forward brand expression. The color palette was optimized to enhance print quality and consistency.

Process

The process began with tracing the original logo. The dove element was refined using golden ratio circles, producing a sharp and bold standalone icon. Surrounding stained glass window motifs underwent multiple iterations to honor tradition while achieving greater simplicity for print. Development of the apparel line required thorough evaluation of factors including price, size, color options, availability, printing logistics, and target audience.

Deliverables

Digital designs were submitted for approval by the church council prior to production. The printing process proceeded smoothly, with prompt delivery to church members after order completion. The apparel line ultimately generated over $4,000 in revenue for the church.
